Present requirements to the Guidance Counselor for initial evaluation.

1. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) copy of your child's Birth Certificate (1 original copy and 2 photocopies)

2. Report Card (Form 138) with the latest grades certified by the Principal or Registrar (1 original copy and 1 photocopy)

3. Good Moral Certificate from the school your child is currently enrolled in

4. Recommendation Form from a Principal, Guidance Counselor, or Adviser, downloadable here.

5. 5 pieces of a recent 1x1 ID picture (identical and colored)

Pay the non-refundable Entrance Exam Fee of Php 600.00 for Filipino citizens or Php 1000.00 for foreign students.

You may do so at the cashier on campus, or via bank deposit (BDO Account 003990332958).

The following additional requirements apply for foreign applicants:

School Records/Transcript of Records
Alien Certificate of Registration or Special Study Permit
9 (G) / Permanent Visa / Working Visa
Notarial certification / Translations

Meet with the Guidance Counselor and Principal

Submit complete requirements (new students) / update information (old students) at the Registrars office.

Go to the Assessment Window for the schedule of fees, modes of payments, and list of school supplies.

Pay fees at the cashier.
